Join me Thursday, February 18th for an evening of...gnocchi! During this class, we will make potato gnocchi in tomato basil sauce.
There are many regions that lay claim to the origins of gnocchi. While they are generally associated with northern Italy, the truth is that these dumplings are found all over the peninsula and in many diverse forms, made with a variety of base ingredients depending on where they come from. The most famous are potato gnocchi that are known and loved world-wide. This is the focus of our class. These perfect little pillows will become one of your favorite dishes to make.
This class will run about 90 minutes and at the end there will be a Q&A where you'll be able to chat with me about food, the restaurant, Top Chef and whatever else your heart desires. If you're following along during the class, make sure to read the instructions ahead of time and to prep your ingredients before the class begins.
